PAYMENT

All prices on Good Sport Store are in AUD, If ordering from outside Australia you may incur currency exchange charges from your bank. Please contact your bank to find out more about these fees.

Good Sport accepts all payments for purchases via Paypal, a secure third party gateway which gaurentees your protection. All transactions of card information is handled over SSL encryption and will not be stored on our website. Click here to read more of PayPal’s policies.

We can also accept bank deposits, please contact us to arrange your payment.

SOLD OUT ITEMS

 We do our best to mark sold out items immediately, however Good Sport reserve the right to cancel orders on sold out items. We will endevour to notify you immediately and process either a refund or a replacement item.

SHIPPING

 LOCAL, WITHIN AUSTRALIA

Good Sport endeavour to despatch your order within the same business day. We aim for you to receive your goods within 5 working days of the order being placed. All local orders are posted through Express Post. We will issue you with a tracking number as soon as the parcel has been lodged with Australia Post.

Good Sport will not be held accountable for loss, damage or late deliveries. However if you feel as though something has gone wrong with your order during transit please contact us immediately so we can do our best to help you retrieve or locate your goods.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All Good Sport International orders are sent via Australia Post international. We provide 2 options of shipping Internationally. Please see below details of these options.

 PACK AND TRACK

Our Cheaper option, we will provide you with a tracking number for your items, but no ‘signature on delivery’ service.

Pack and Track International is available for 26 overseas destinations for items weighing up to 2kg and valued up to A$500.

  • A unique code that tracks your parcel along its journey
  • Free Air Mail return for undelivered items
  • Proof of posting^ (ensures that if you sell an item via the PayPal online payment gateway, you qualify for PayPal seller protection)

Premium shipping option with faster delivery for up to 20kg. We also provide a signature on delivery service.

Fast service for items up to 20kg#, including signature on delivery.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Good Sport Australia take no responsibility for incorrect shipping details provided by the customer. Once the parcel has been sent through Australia Post it is very difficult to have it re-directed. Please make sure you note the correct shipping address on your order. We use a service which requires a signature on receipt, please make sure you use an address that will allow someone to be there to sign for your parcel when delivered.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Good Sport Australia only accept claims within 10 days of purchasing the item. Good Sport Shop does not offer refunds on items. We will provide a replacement item/s to the same value or a shop credit within 7 days of your claim. The returned product must be in it’s original condition, unused with all tags and packaging remaining. Good Sport will not be liable to pay shipping costs in the case of the returned item nor the item in exchange.

Please contact us in relation to your claim, so we are aware on it’s arrival, or can ensure that the item you would like in exchange is put aside for your claim. In the event the item you request is sold out we will offer you a store credit for the same value of the returned item only.

Good Sport will not credit any customs or duties paid on you purchase.

We accept no responsibility, and have the right to refuse goods returned to us damaged or not in its original state.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse it can’t be cancelled. Due to our same day dispatch service you will need to make your cancellation very quickly should you change your mind.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Good Sport Store is constantly being updated and refreshed with new content and product. We do our best to keep the information on our site accurate and reliable. However please note information/products/pricing/terms and sizing specifications may be deleted, added to or amended without notification.

We will not be held responsible for information stored on 3rd party websites that maybe linked to or from this website.

IMAGES ON THIS WEBSITE

We do our best to make sure that all images of products are true to life and colour, however we cannot be held responsible for the misrepresentation of colour you may experience from you screen or device. Please note colours may vary from the true product.

Good Sport Australia respect your privacy. All information collected in order to process your order will not be shared with any 3rd party aside from Paypal in order to process the sale. Furthermore we may use your contact details to notify you regarding your order, or specials/ sales which may be of interest to you.
